A typical meditation sitting is 20 minutes, focusing on positioning, alignment, breath work and sharing your experience within a group if you wish. Facilitated by Steve Schuessler.

Tai Chi Chih
Wednesdays, 9:30–10:30 a.m. and 10:45–11:45 a.m.
May Swanson leads you through a set of gentle movements to focus energy, improve balance and expand creativity.
Foundations Yoga
Fridays 8–9 a.m.
Enjoy a slower paced practice where poses are broken down so you find comfortable, correct positioning for your unique body. Instructors offer adjustments and hands on support. Facilitated by Steve Schuessler or Sierra Campbell.

Guided Meditation

In this experiential group, you’ll learn breathing techniques to reduce anxiety and participate in guided imagery to help boost overall immune function.
Cooking for Life
Thursdays, January 10, February 14 and March 14, 3–5 p.m.
Chef Madelyn Pryor covers cancer-related nutrition topics. This cooking demonstration and tasting features vegan menus loaded with antioxidants, phyto-chemicals, high-fiber, low-fat, and healthy dairy alternatives. Healthy weight maintenance and meal planning included. RSVP.
